“When I first started working with Stephanie I was at a low point in my life.  Physically, I didn’t like how I looked or felt. I was tired, dizzy, and light headed all the time. Stephanie jumped full force on board with me.  We worked out 2 to 3 times a week together and I would walk at least 1 other time a week. She helped me with meal planning.  She checked in on me throughout the week and spent time with me after workouts to see how things were going. Even in my failures, she would encourage and help me to move on to the next step.  I never felt judged when admitting failures or asking questions when I didn’t understand something. She researched ways to help with some of the tight muscles I experience. There has never been a point when she didn’t give 100% for me. “I worked with Stephanie one-on-one and in group classes for over a year. Every workout I was pushed and felt great about the work we were doing. Stephanie utilized many mixed forms of working out including HIIT, Tabata, Weightlifting, and more. She varied every workout and I was always looking forward to what we would be doing that day.
